SECTION 06.- CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Once the order is confirmed and formalized, the customer will have the possibility of canceling the order placed, while it is in the preparation stage in our warehouses. To do this, the client must contact us via email info@farmoliva.com and provide us with your name and surname, contact telephone number and order number or through the number +34 911 324 036 . Once the Order is shipped and is shown in the order tracking and the customer is notified, the Order cannot be canceled.

SECTION 07.- RETURN OF ORDERS

The customer will have 15 days from receipt of the order to return it if they are not satisfied with our products. To do so, the customer must contact us by email. info@farmoliva.com and provide us with your name and surname, contact telephone number and order number or through the number +34 911 324 036 .
Returns of orders will be made as long as the following conditions are met:

• The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, they must be returned new, unused and complete.
• The return of products is not accepted for hygienic or health protection reasons, if after delivery they have been manipulated, mixed with other products, opened and/or unsealed.
• Unless the reason for the return is that the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect (due to our company's error), we will not refund shipping costs or any other service related to the order.
• In the event of a return of an order with free shipping, for reasons attributable to the buyer, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The amount resulting from this expense will be deducted from the amount corresponding to the refund that will be made.

New services and/or products may be offered through the website in the future (including, the release of new tools and resources). These new features and/or services will also be subject to these Terms of Service.
